For the past five years, school classes from various primary schools in Kreuzberg have been gaining a good portion of theoretical and practical knowledge on the subject of nutrition during our projekt Ernährungswochen für Berlin. “Lessons by the cooking pot” is the title of the article in lebensmittelmagazin, the food magazine, which spent a week with us during a project week with a third grade class from Galilei Primary School. The magazine observed the children as they cooked, gardened, tasted, served, sampled and discovered. lebensmittelmagazin was also there during the trip to our long-standing partner farm, Marienhöhe in Brandenburg.
