Together with Xiaowu from the Bao Gao Club at Markthalle Neun, the Kochschule hosted a workshop on making Chinese dumplings. Year 9 pupils learnt how to make the dough and the filling for the dumplings, roll out the dough into circles, and fill and shape the dumplings using various techniques.
