As part of the Open Days at Markthalle Neun, where visitors were finally able to take a peek behind the scenes of food production and catering, the Kochschule Neun also opened up its kitchen shelves and organised a market adventure for the little ones amongst us. After choosing and buying market-fresh fruit and vegetables, everyone worked together in the market garden next door to turn them into delicious salads, which they then enjoyed together. Mmm, delicious – especially when you know exactly what’s in it! Even the parents were amazed that their little ones enjoyed the salad so much.
